I have traveled and stayed in Whistle Lark hotel during Mid of Nov 2018.

Good location, as long if you wake up early, Mcdonalds is just behind the hotel, a coffee & bakery shop is beside Mcdonalds (but not 24 hours) and more restaurant if you just cross the road (during working hour). We are usually have Mc during jeju time, 0700 - 0800, all shops are closing at these hour usually. 800m to 1KM has a grocery mall. This location is easy to call taxi.

I have booked Mountain view room in advance with condition "quite room". But there is a small play park behind the hotel and will generate some noise from the speaker (I were travelling in Winter, so no peoples are playing in the park). At the end, hotel changed my room from mountain view to family room with no price adjustment, where i do not need that so. (different from family room & normal room is just extra one more single bed). but overall is good.
